一、電動自行車的電動機簡介
目(mu)前(qian)電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)使(shi)用(yong)的(de)都(dou)是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)。根(gen)據(ju)其(qi)磁(ci)場(chang)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)不(bu)同(tong)方(fang)式(shi),可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)勵(li)磁(ci)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)和(he)永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)二(er)種(zhong)類(lei)型(xing)。直(zhi)流(liu)勵(li)磁(ci)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)磁(ci)場(chang)由(you)線圈繞組產生,其特點是過載能力強,輸出功率大,常用在電動三輪車等較大功率設備上:直(zhi)流(liu)永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)磁(ci)場(chang)由(you)永(yong)磁(ci)體(ti)產(chan)生(sheng),由(you)於(yu)無(wu)需(xu)繞(rao)組(zu)勵(li)磁(ci),這(zhe)樣(yang)就(jiu)省(sheng)去(qu)了(le)勵(li)磁(ci)繞(rao)組(zu)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)消(xiao)耗(hao)的(de)電(dian)能(neng),提(ti)高(gao)了(le)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)換(huan)效(xiao)率(lv)。所(suo)以(yi)直(zhi)流(liu)永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)被(bei)電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)普(pu)遍(bian)采(cai)用(yong),也(ye)是(shi)我(wo)們(men)改(gai)裝(zhuang)小(xiao)型(xing)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)首(shou)選(xuan)。
為了使電機能保持單向旋轉,必須使直流電機通過平衡點時電流要變換方向,通常有兩種方法:一是用機械式換向器(電刷)來(lai)改(gai)變(bian)電(dian)樞(shu)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)過(guo)平(ping)衡(heng)位(wei)置(zhi)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向(xiang),二(er)是(shi)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)子(zi)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)路(lu)來(lai)切(qie)換(huan)電(dian)樞(shu)線(xian)圈(quan)通(tong)過(guo)平(ping)衡(heng)位(wei)置(zhi)時(shi)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)方(fang)向(xiang),通(tong)常(chang)稱(cheng)前(qian)者(zhe)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)有(you)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji),稱(cheng)後(hou)者(zhe)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)無(wu)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)。在(zai)直(zhi)流(liu)有(you)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)中(zhong)磁(ci)鋼(gang)作(zuo)為(wei)定(ding)子(zi),線(xian)圈(quan)繞(rao)組(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)轉(zhuan)子(zi),在(zai)轉(zhuan)子(zi)上(shang)裝(zhuang)有(you)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi),線(xian)圈(quan)繞(rao)組(zu)連(lian)接(jie)在(zai)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)上(shang),由(you)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)經(jing)電(dian)刷(shua)與(yu)外(wai)部(bu)電(dian)源(yuan)相(xiang)聯(lian),隨(sui)著(zhe)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)轉(zhuan)子(zi)轉(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi),電(dian)機(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)交(jiao)替(ti)與(yu)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)正(zheng)負(fu)極(ji)相(xiang)連(lian),從(cong)而(er)完(wan)成(cheng)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)電(dian)流(liu)的(de)換(huan)向(xiang),使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)持(chi)續(xu)單(dan)方(fang)向(xiang)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)。直(zhi)流(liu)無(wu)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)中(zhong)磁(ci)鋼(gang)為(wei)轉(zhuan)子(zi),線(xian)圈(quan)繞(rao)組(zu)作(zuo)為(wei)定(ding)子(zi),定(ding)子(zi)線(xian)圈(quan)由(you)三(san)個(ge),在(zai)空(kong)間(jian)上(shang)均(jun)勻(yun)分(fen)布(bu)的(de)繞(rao)組(zu)組(zu)成(cheng),當(dang)通(tong)入(ru)線(xian)圈(quan)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)在(zai)位(wei)置(zhi)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)和(he)電(dian)子(zi)開(kai)關(guan)的(de)相(xiang)互(hu)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)順(shun)次(ci)切(qie)換(huan)時(shi),就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)磁(ci)場(chang),從(cong)而(er)驅(qu)動(dong)轉(zhuan)子(zi)單(dan)向(xiang)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)。
二、永磁發電機的改裝及注意事項
根(gen)據(ju)法(fa)拉(la)弟(di)電(dian)磁(ci)感(gan)應(ying)原(yuan)理(li),閉(bi)合(he)線(xian)圈(quan)在(zai)磁(ci)場(chang)中(zhong)切(qie)割(ge)磁(ci)力(li)線(xian)就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)感(gan)應(ying)電(dian)流(liu),在(zai)電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)中(zhong)所(suo)用(yong)的(de)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)均(jun)為(wei)永(yong)磁(ci)式(shi)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),這(zhe)就(jiu)有(you)了(le)一(yi)個(ge)恒(heng)定(ding)的(de)磁(ci)場(chang),而(er)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)即(ji)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)閉(bi)合(he)的(de)線(xian)圈(quan),這(zhe)時(shi)隻(zhi)要(yao)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)轉(zhuan)子(zi)與(yu)定(ding)子(zi)間(jian)有(you)相(xiang)對(dui)運(yun)動(dong),在(zai)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)中(zhong)就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)感(gan)應(ying)電(dian)流(liu),由(you)於(yu)結(jie)構(gou)的(de)差(cha)異(yi),有(you)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)和(he)無(wu)刷(shua)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)改(gai)裝(zhuang)方(fang)法(fa)略(lve)有(you)不(bu)同(tong),現(xian)簡(jian)述(shu)如(ru)下(xia):

1.直流有刷電機:
可ke直zhi接jie充chong當dang發fa電dian機ji使shi用yong,此ci時shi輸shu出chu的de就jiu是shi直zhi流liu電dian,但dan轉zhuan子zi旋xuan轉zhuan的de方fang向xiang不bu同tong,則ze輸shu出chu電dian壓ya的de正zheng負fu極ji性xing也ye會hui相xiang反fan,為wei了le使shi發fa電dian機ji輸shu出chu電dian壓ya的de極ji性xing保bao持chi恒heng定ding,可ke在zai電dian壓ya的de輸shu出chu端duan加jia接jie一yi個ge橋qiao式shi整zheng流liu電dian路lu,這zhe樣yang無wu論lun發fa電dian機ji輸shu出chu的de極ji性xing如ru何he,均jun可ke保bao證zheng輸shu出chu端duan的de極ji性xing始shi終zhong恒heng定ding。
為了使發電機輸出盡可能多的電能,應使葉片正對風向,製作時可在風力發電機的尾部加裝一個導向舵(如上圖所示),ruofenglifadianjiweinengzhengduifengxiang,zedaoxiangduoduomianerceshoulibudeng,qizhongduifengdeyiceshoulida,beifengdeyiceshoulixiao,tongshiyouyudaoxiangduodeshoufengmianjiaoda,zaifenglidezuoyongxiahuishizhenggefenglifadianjichanshengzhuandong,zhizhidaoxiangduopingmianyufengxiangpingxing,duomianerceshoulijundeng,dangrancishifenglifadianjideyepianganghaozhengduifengxiang,jiangyeshoufengmianzuida,quebaolefadianjishuchudedianyazuida,shuchudiannengdexiaolvyezuigao。
由於風力的大小往往並不恒定,同時根據所選用直流有刷電機的不同電壓等級,如24V、36V、48V等(deng),電(dian)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)電(dian)壓(ya)會(hui)有(you)所(suo)不(bu)同(tong),實(shi)際(ji)應(ying)用(yong)中(zhong)要(yao)以(yi)測(ce)量(liang)到(dao)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)準(zhun)。因(yin)為(wei)改(gai)裝(zhuang)選(xuan)用(yong)的(de)是(shi)電(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車(che)的(de)廢(fei)舊(jiu)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji),有(you)些(xie)電(dian)機(ji)可(ke)能(neng)會(hui)有(you)不(bu)同(tong)程(cheng)度(du)的(de)損(sun)壞(huai),根(gen)據(ju)筆(bi)者(zhe)改(gai)裝(zhuang)的(de)經(jing)驗(yan),直(zhi)流(liu)有(you)刷(shua)電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)繞(rao)組(zu)線(xian)圈(quan)較(jiao)少(shao)出(chu)現(xian)問(wen)題(ti),絕(jue)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)刷(shua)和(he)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)損(sun)壞(huai),因(yin)為(wei)電(dian)刷(shua)和(he)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)處(chu)於(yu)摩(mo)擦(ca)狀(zhuang)態(tai),長(chang)期(qi)工(gong)作(zuo)後(hou),電(dian)刷(shua)會(hui)磨(mo)損(sun),換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)會(hui)出(chu)現(xian)燒(shao)蝕(shi),汙(wu)損(sun)等(deng)現(xian)象(xiang),如(ru)果(guo)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)燒(shao)蝕(shi)不(bu)嚴(yan)重(zhong),可(ke)用(yong)細(xi)砂(sha)紙(zhi)打(da)磨(mo)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)並(bing)更(geng)換(huan)電(dian)刷(shua)即(ji)可(ke)正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo),如(ru)果(guo)電(dian)刷(shua),換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)磨(mo)損(sun)嚴(yan)重(zhong)無(wu)法(fa)修(xiu)複(fu),這(zhe)時(shi)幹(gan)脆(cui)去(qu)掉(diao)電(dian)刷(shua),不(bu)用(yong)電(dian)刷(shua),斷(duan)開(kai)換(huan)向(xiang)器(qi)上(shang)任(ren)意(yi)一(yi)處(chu),引(yin)出(chu)兩(liang)根(gen)線(xian)作(zuo)為(wei)輸(shu)出(chu)線(xian),即(ji)可(ke)使(shi)用(yong),不(bu)過(guo)這(zhe)時(shi)輸(shu)出(chu)的(de)電(dian)流(liu)不(bu)再(zai)是(shi)直(zhi)流(liu)而(er)是(shi)交(jiao)流(liu),其(qi)頻(pin)率(lv)、電壓會隨著電機旋轉的的速度變化而變化,但經整流、濾波後,即可變為較平穩的直流電。

直zhi流liu無wu刷shua電dian機ji的de改gai裝zhuang要yao簡jian單dan得de多duo,隻zhi要yao從cong輸shu出chu的de八ba根gen線xian中zhong找zhao出chu繞rao組zu線xian圈quan的de三san根gen引yin線xian即ji可ke,通tong常chang輸shu出chu的de八ba根gen線xian中zhong有you五wu根gen細xi線xian,其qi中zhong一yi紅hong一yi黑hei兩liang根gen線xian是shi霍huo爾er位wei置zhi傳chuan感gan器qi的de電dian源yuan輸shu入ru線xian;另ling三san根gen是shi霍huo爾er位wei置zhi傳chuan感gan器qi的de信xin號hao輸shu出chu線xian,控kong製zhi電dian子zi開kai關guan適shi時shi為wei三san個ge繞rao組zu線xian圈quan提ti供gong電dian源yuan,產chan生sheng旋xuan轉zhuan磁ci場chang,驅qu動dong電dian機ji轉zhuan動dong,這zhe五wu根gen線xian在zai改gai裝zhuang中zhong沒mei有you作zuo用yong,可ke包bao好hao接jie頭tou放fang在zai一yi邊bian,無wu需xu理li會hui。另ling三san根gen粗cu線xian即ji是shi我wo們men需xu要yao的de繞rao組zu線xian圈quan輸shu出chu線xian,直zhi流liu無wu刷shua電dian機ji的de三san相xiang繞rao組zu線xian圈quan采cai用yong星xing形xing連lian接jie,當dang轉zhuan子zi磁ci鋼gang旋xuan轉zhuan時shi,繞rao組zu線xian圈quan輸shu出chu的de是shi三san相xiang交jiao流liu電dian。
經三相整流、濾lv波bo後hou,變bian為wei較jiao平ping穩wen的de直zhi流liu電dian即ji可ke使shi用yong。在zai改gai裝zhuang的de過guo程cheng中zhong筆bi者zhe發fa現xian磁ci鋼gang脫tuo落luo也ye是shi電dian動dong自zi行xing車che廢fei舊jiu電dian動dong機ji的de常chang見jian故gu障zhang,因yin該gai種zhong電dian動dong機ji工gong作zuo環huan境jing惡e劣lie,在zai雨yu天tian及ji潮chao濕shi環huan境jing中zhong使shi用yong,極ji易yi受shou潮chao而er致zhi生sheng鏽xiu。生sheng成cheng的de鐵tie鏽xiu在zai磁ci鋼gang和he支zhi架jia之zhi間jian膨peng脹zhang,撐cheng開kai磁ci鋼gang,使shi磁ci鋼gang脫tuo落luo或huo移yi位wei。造zao成cheng電dian動dong機ji定ding子zi與yu轉zhuan子zi互hu相xiang磨mo擦ca(俗稱掃鏜),從而使電動機不能正常工作。這時可打開電機端蓋,找出脫落或移位的磁鋼,清理殘餘的樹脂膠和鐵鏽,用ABjiaozhongxinzhanlaocigang,zhanjieshiyingzhuyianyuanlaidefangxiangxiaozhenghaocigangdeweizhi,yaoqiuyuqitacigangmianpingzhengyizhi,daiguhuahouzhuangpeihaodianji,jikehuifushiyong。gaizhuanghaodefenglifadianjiyongshouxuanzhuanzhuanzishi,yongdianyabiaozaishuchuduanyingcedaoxiangyingdeshuchudianya,zheshiyitaiyongcishifadianjijiugaizhuangchenggongle。

三、電壓調節器
由(you)於(yu)風(feng)力(li)的(de)大(da)小(xiao)通(tong)常(chang)是(shi)不(bu)確(que)定(ding)的(de),所(suo)以(yi)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)發(fa)出(chu)來(lai)的(de)電(dian)往(wang)往(wang)也(ye)是(shi)不(bu)穩(wen)定(ding)的(de),會(hui)隨(sui)風(feng)力(li)的(de)變(bian)化(hua)而(er)變(bian)化(hua),這(zhe)樣(yang)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)是(shi)不(bu)能(neng)實(shi)際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)的(de),為(wei)此(ci)筆(bi)者(zhe)從(cong)市(shi)場(chang)上(shang)購(gou)買(mai)了(le)一(yi)隻(zhi)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan),進(jin)行(xing)了(le)簡(jian)單(dan)的(de)改(gai)造(zao),由(you)於(yu)開(kai)關(guan)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)壓(ya)範(fan)圍(wei)大(da)、轉換效率高、輸出功率大、shuchudianyawending,suoyishizuofenglifadianjidianyatiaojieqijiaolixiangdexuanze,dangranduzhepengyoumenyekeyilingxingshejidianyatiaojieqi,shifenglifadianjishuchudedianyazaiguidingdefanweibaochihengding。
四、安裝調試步驟及實例

fadianjigaizaowanbihou,jiuyinggaigeigaizhuanghaodefenglifadianjizhuangshangheshideyepianle,bizhexuanyongdeshidaxingpaifengshandesangeyepianzuojiangye,youyuxianzaidediandongzixingchedoushidianjihelungulianzaiyiqide,zheyanggeigaizhuangdailaijidadefangbian,jiangsangeyepiankongjianshangbicixiangge1200,分別固定在輪轂上即可(見上圖)。在電機的後部裝上一個導向舵,再在電機的下部裝上一根轉動軸,套上一段合適的金屬管,使其在外力作用下可以自由轉動(見下圖)0bagaizhuanghaodefenglifadianjigudingzaitataishang。gaoduyingshidanggaoyixie,jiangyejuebunengchujiedaodimianshangderenhewu,zhiciyitaifenglifadianjigaizhianzhuangwancheng,jikeshizhuanfadian。

筆者選用的是一台300W/36V的直流永磁無刷電動機改裝的風力發電機,在一般風力(3—4級,4~7.5米/秒)的情況下,發電機可輸出大約為20V的交流電壓,經電壓調節器整流穩壓後,可輸出16V/IA左右的直流電給12V的蓄電池充電。近期,筆者為附近地區漁民已成功改裝多台風力發電機,使用效果一直較好。
