【導讀】資深EMC專家馬永健老師近日在2014福創西部電子論壇之電源管理技術研討會上做了精彩分享。2014福創電子論壇是歐洲領先的技術交流平台,此次論壇在西安高新區都市之門隆重舉行。兩個技術研討會:電dian源yuan管guan理li技ji術shu研yan討tao會hui和he無wu線xian技ji術shu與yu物wu聯lian網wang應ying用yong研yan討tao會hui將jiang針zhen對dui西xi部bu工gong程cheng師shi的de設she計ji挑tiao戰zhan,讓rang供gong需xu雙shuang方fang的de專zhuan家jia們men充chong分fen互hu動dong。此ci次ci活huo動dong由you我wo愛ai方fang案an網wang與yu西xi安an高gao新xin區qu高gao新xin技ji術shu企qi業ye協xie會hui合he作zuo,攜xie手shou電dian子zi元yuan件jian技ji術shu網wang,中zhong國guo電dian子zi展zhan和he中zhong國guo電dian子zi授shou權quan分fen銷xiao商shang聯lian盟meng聯lian合he舉ju辦ban。

馬永建,是目前中國最知名和最受尊敬的EMC實操專家之一,也是擁有20多年航空電子設備的EMC實際設計、開發、采購和技術管理經驗,聞名全國軍工和汽車電子界的EMC專家,著有《EMC設計工程務實》,他的特長就是讓EMC理論落地,能夠實際解決產品開發和設計中遇到的問題。

供電係統


在(zai)設(she)計(ji)電(dian)源(yuan)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),電(dian)源(yuan)分(fen)為(wei)這(zhe)幾(ji)種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)供(gong)電(dian),一(yi)是(shi)集(ji)中(zhong)式(shi)供(gong)電(dian),這(zhe)樣(yang)做(zuo)價(jia)值(zhi)非(fei)常(chang)便(bian)宜(yi),但(dan)是(shi)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)差(cha),實(shi)用(yong)差(cha),而(er)且(qie)效(xiao)率(lv)非(fei)常(chang)低(di),但(dan)是(shi)現(xian)在(zai)還(hai)有(you)企(qi)業(ye)在(zai)用(yong)。第(di)二(er)種(zhong)是(shi)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)供(gong)電(dian),分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)供(gong)電(dian)分(fen)交(jiao)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)和(he)直(zhi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)。交(jiao)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)將(jiang)直(zhi)接(jie)麵(mian)對(dui)交(jiao)融(rong)電(dian),出(chu)現(xian)的(de)問(wen)題(ti)非(fei)常(chang)麻(ma)煩(fan),價(jia)格(ge)也(ye)非(fei)常(chang)昂(ang)貴(gui)。直(zhi)流(liu)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi),在(zai)安(an)保(bao)防(fang)護(hu)這(zhe)方(fang)麵(mian)相(xiang)互(hu)說(shuo)較(jiao)容(rong)易(yi)。或(huo)者(zhe)是(shi)叫(jiao)層(ceng)架(jia)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)或(huo)者(zhe)單(dan)反(fan)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi),層(ceng)架(jia)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)一(yi)層(ceng)一(yi)層(ceng)的(de)每(mei)一(yi)層(ceng)電(dian)源(yuan)供(gong)應(ying)係(xi)統(tong),如(ru)果(guo)兩(liang)層(ceng)之(zhi)間(jian)功(gong)能(neng)相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)話(hua),可(ke)以(yi)作(zuo)為(wei)熱(re)備(bei)份(fen)處(chu)理(li),這(zhe)種(zhong)做(zuo)法(fa)現(xian)在(zai)用(yong)的(de)比(bi)較(jiao)多(duo),現(xian)在(zai)最(zui)常(chang)用(yong)單(dan)板(ban)分(fen)布(bu)式(shi)。一(yi)般(ban)來(lai)說(shuo),把(ba)電(dian)壓(ya)降(jiang)到(dao)安(an)全(quan)範(fan)圍(wei)內(nei),然(ran)後(hou)各(ge)個(ge)供(gong)應(ying)口(kou)之(zhi)間(jian)不(bu)需(xu)要(yao)專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)維(wei)護(hu),但(dan)是(shi)需(xu)要(yao)電源模塊可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)非(fei)常(chang)高(gao),因(yin)為(wei)現(xian)在(zai)電(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)塊(kuai)做(zuo)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)程(cheng)度(du)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao),所(suo)以(yi)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)也(ye)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao),不(bu)過(guo)從(cong)單(dan)板(ban)單(dan)機(ji)來(lai)說(shuo)價(jia)格(ge)比(bi)較(jiao)高(gao),維(wei)護(hu)成(cheng)本(ben)非(fei)常(chang)低(di),所(suo)以(yi)價(jia)格(ge)收(shou)益(yi)較(jiao)低(di),但(dan)是(shi)實(shi)用(yong)性(xing)非(fei)常(chang)好(hao),效(xiao)率(lv)非(fei)常(chang)高(gao)。
單板分布式供電係統設計參數注意事項
xianzaisuoyoudianyuanshejidabufenshidanbansheji,dangyingjian,fanganquedingxialaiyihou,jiuyaoxuanyongshenme?xuanyongyigedianyadianliuhegonglv,quedingxinpiangongzuodianya,quedingdianyuandegongyingdianya。shejideshihouyidingyaozhuyi,buyaoxuanduopinzhong,yaoxiangfangshefabadianyafendepinzhongyueduoyuehao。zhuliudeqidian,dianyadebianhua 不要太多,因為在整個一個板子上麵,如果電壓太多的話,電壓之間隔離,隔離就存在一種溝槽或者隔離帶,之間不能對流。


第di二er個ge點dian,如ru果guo電dian壓ya確que定ding下xia來lai以yi後hou要yao確que定ding輸shu出chu電dian流liu。因yin為wei難nan過guo較jiao大da,所suo以yi這zhe裏li講jiang有you兩liang個ge方fang法fa,第di一yi個ge方fang法fa在zai設she計ji之zhi前qian要yao進jin行xing估gu算suan,這zhe個ge值zhi隻zhi能neng說shuo是shi估gu算suan值zhi,因yin為wei要yao進jin行xing降jiang額e設she計ji,設she計ji完wan成cheng以yi後hou要yao進jin行xing實shi際ji的de精jing確que測ce量liang,看kan單dan板ban上shang麵mian到dao底di多duo大da的de電dian流liu和he功gong率lv,這zhe是shi要yao考kao慮lv。因yin為wei降jiang額e設she計ji,如ru果guo降jiang額e不bu大da,很hen有you可ke能neng導dao致zhi你ni的de電dian源yuan故gu障zhang或huo者zhe不bu工gong作zuo。比bi如ru說shuo降jiang額e不bu足zu,重zhong載zai,這zhe樣yang導dao致zhi電dian源yuan長chang期qi工gong作zuo的de時shi候hou,可ke能neng會hui發fa熱re,會hui導dao致zhi故gu障zhang,甚shen至zhi會hui死si機ji。輕qing載zai以yi後hou,大da馬ma拉la小xiao車che,效xiao率lv很hen低di。
第(di)二(er)個(ge)問(wen)題(ti),電(dian)磁(ci)兼(jian)容(rong)問(wen)題(ti),當(dang)電(dian)容(rong)設(she)計(ji)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),有(you)濾(lv)博(bo)器(qi)或(huo)者(zhe)濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)路(lu),用(yong)的(de)都(dou)是(shi)反(fan)射(she)濾(lv)波(bo),濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)路(lu)或(huo)者(zhe)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)的(de)阻(zu)抗(kang)是(shi)適(shi)配(pei),幹(gan)擾(rao)電(dian)流(liu)和(he)幹(gan)擾(rao)電(dian)壓(ya)反(fan)回(hui)去(qu),這(zhe)樣(yang)不(bu)會(hui)推(tui)過(guo)濾(lv)波(bo)器(qi)和(he)濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)路(lu),負(fu)載(zai)阻(zu)抗(kang)低(di)了(le)很(hen)多(duo),就(jiu)打(da)破(po)了(le)濾(lv)波(bo)電(dian)路(lu)設(she)計(ji)的(de)最(zui)基(ji)本(ben)的(de)原(yuan)理(li)。電(dian)源(yuan)模(mo)塊(kuai)在(zai)用(yong)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),要(yao)求(qiu)負(fu)載(zai)要(yao)達(da)到(dao)整(zheng)個(ge)模(mo)塊(kuai)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)阻(zu)抗(kang)的(de)10%以上,如果很輕,就不好工作。一定要實際測量一下各個單元的實際電流多大然後進行修整,不 xuyaonamedajiubatajiangxialai,youguiyoubuhaoyongganmayongnameda,zheshishejizhongjianhenduorenhushideshi,jiushishuchudianliu,dajiayidingyaojizhu,dianyuanshejishiyaojiangede。disange,ruguodanbanmokuaigonglvbugou,yibanyonggenggaogonglvdemokuailaidaidong,lingwaiyige,lianggemokuaibinglianshiyong,zhezhongfangshijingchangshiyong,zhedifangjiuyaozhuyiyigewenti,lianggemokuaibingliandeshihou,xuyaofuzaijunliu,zaishejizhongjianshixuyaokaolv。dierge,yaoguzhangwanquangeli,shejideshihoulianggemokuaiyaoshejiyigekongzhidianlu,yigemokuaichuxianwentiyihouduanlule,lingwaiyigemokuaiyebunenggongzuo,zhegeshihenrongyifandecuowu,zheshinianqinggongchengshifandecuowu,youjingyandelaogongchengshibuhuifandecuowu。
電源導致的信號非理想的回路
所suo有you信xin號hao包bao括kuo電dian源yuan的de電dian流liu信xin號hao,從cong驅qu動dong端duan到dao接jie受shou端duan,最zui終zhong都dou要yao返fan回hui驅qu動dong端duan,這zhe點dian非fei常chang非fei常chang重zhong要yao。當dang設she計ji單dan層ceng板ban的de時shi候hou,設she計ji一yi個ge線xian,多duo層ceng板ban設she 的(de)時(shi)候(hou),隻(zhi)設(she)計(ji)信(xin)號(hao)線(xian),而(er)從(cong)來(lai)不(bu)關(guan)照(zhao)回(hui)家(jia)線(xian)。它(ta)回(hui)來(lai)有(you)兩(liang)種(zhong)模(mo)式(shi),一(yi)個(ge)是(shi)沿(yan)著(zhe)電(dian)源(yuan)平(ping)麵(mian)回(hui)流(liu),一(yi)個(ge)是(shi)按(an)照(zhao)地(di)平(ping)麵(mian)回(hui)流(liu),這(zhe)是(shi)回(hui)路(lu)。出(chu)去(qu)信(xin)號(hao)最(zui)終(zhong) 一yi定ding要yao回hui來lai,但dan是shi回hui流liu的de時shi候hou,這zhe個ge回hui路lu的de電dian流liu,一yi定ding走zou的de阻zu抗kang最zui小xiao的de路lu徑jing,也ye就jiu是shi說shuo大da部bu分fen時shi間jian是shi電dian感gan最zui小xiao的de路lu徑jing。信xin號hao的de回hui路lu麵mian積ji與yu場chang強qiang成cheng正zheng比bi,因yin此ci在zai設she計ji的de時shi候hou,電dian磁ci兼jian容rong性xing,很hen重zhong要yao的de因yin素su就jiu是shi回hui路lu麵mian積ji。
