具有自我意識的運動控製概念圖:為了實現這一級別的具有自我意識的運動控製,需要開發控製係統圖。如圖2表示成功實施具有自我意識的運動控製所需的4個關鍵要素。
要素I:目標或任務:需要為係統建立明確的目標或任務。在示例中,這表示“以最佳方式將啤酒杯從A點移動到B點,且不灑出任何啤酒”。
要素II:預期係統行為:明確該目標後,具有自我意識的運動控製圖的下一級別發起預期的運動行為。在啤酒杯例子中,這將是“使用線性運動來移動啤酒杯,同時自動調整其運動,從而在所需的機械係統控製安全限製內補償不同的啤酒杯重量和尺寸”。
確(que)定(ding)了(le)目(mu)標(biao)和(he)預(yu)期(qi)係(xi)統(tong)行(xing)為(wei)後(hou),自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)控(kong)製(zhi)引(yin)擎(qing)通(tong)過(guo)自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)整(zheng)運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)驅(qu)動(dong)及(ji)其(qi)集(ji)成(cheng)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)係(xi)統(tong),以(yi)便(bian)在(zai)獨(du)特(te)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)環(huan)境(jing)中(zhong)運(yun)行(xing)時(shi)實(shi)現(xian)峰(feng)值(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)性(xing)能(neng),從(cong)而(er)在(zai)核(he)心(xin)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)運(yun)動(dong)學(xue)及(ji)其(qi)伴(ban)隨(sui)機(ji)械(xie)係(xi)統(tong)之(zhi)間(jian)實(shi)現(xian)動(dong)態(tai)驅(qu)動(dong)融(rong)合(he)。

要素III:核心驅動係統:具有自我意識的運動控製係統的核心是其運動學。挑戰在於觀察、xuexihejiankongdianjiyuqudongxitongdexingnengshuiping。yaochuangjianyouxiaodequdongxitongmoxing,xuyaoshishizhinengguanchaqi,yibianhuodeduiqiyundongcanshujiqiwulixianzhidejibenlijie。yaoxiangshixianzheyimubiao,keshiyongcichangdingxiangkongzhiqi(FOC)與專用的位置傳感器或無傳感器FOC方法,以了解電機在操作環境中如何受力,如何做出反應。通過監控和自動調整來自電機扭矩-磁通電流環路、速su度du環huan路lu及ji其qi定ding位wei環huan路lu的de控kong製zhi參can數shu值zhi,可ke以yi進jin一yi步bu優you化hua驅qu動dong係xi統tong響xiang應ying。收shou集ji這zhe些xie信xin息xi的de數shu據ju報bao文wen並bing將jiang其qi饋kui入ru智zhi能neng觀guan察cha器qi後hou,實shi施shi優you化hua算suan法fa以yi確que保bao計ji算suan運yun動dong控kong製zhi參can數shu,並bing確que保bao基ji礎chu運yun動dong控kong製zhi算suan法fa收shou斂lian以yi形xing成cheng一yi組zu最zui優you運yun動dong參can數shu(如圖3)。xianzai,chuangjianlejianjieyundongmoxingyiduiqudongxitongdeyundongjinxingjianmoheyouhuahou,keyitongguoyinruzishiyingkongzhiyinqing,shishixiayijibiedejuyouziwoyishideyundongkongzhijiejuefangan。 目前,Trinamic(現已成為ADI公司的一部分)所推出的TMCL- IDE自動調整運動控製工具,即可對運動控製值實現優化。

要素IV:自適應控製:在係統的運動學和FOC自動調整功能的基礎之上,現在可以專注於實施具有自我意識的運動控製的下一級別——自適應控製引擎。這一級別的智能運動側重於向自適應控製引擎傳達預期係統行為(如圖4)。該係統行為由生產員工、工(gong)廠(chang)主(zhu)管(guan)提(ti)供(gong),或(huo)者(zhe)根(gen)據(ju)在(zai)智(zhi)能(neng)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)網(wang)絡(luo)中(zhong)收(shou)集(ji)工(gong)廠(chang)數(shu)據(ju)的(de)人(ren)工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)生(sheng)產(chan)力(li)算(suan)法(fa)生(sheng)成(cheng)。將(jiang)預(yu)期(qi)行(xing)為(wei)傳(chuan)遞(di)至(zhi)自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)控(kong)製(zhi)引(yin)擎(qing)後(hou),具(ju)有(you)自(zi)我(wo)意(yi)識(shi)的(de)運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)開(kai)始(shi)動(dong)態(tai)重(zhong)新(xin)配(pei)置(zhi)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)操(cao)作(zuo)參(can)數(shu),以(yi)匹(pi)配(pei)預(yu)期(qi)係(xi)統(tong)行(xing)為(wei)。這(zhe)些(xie)預(yu)期(qi)行(xing)為(wei)的(de)一(yi)些(xie)示(shi)例(li)包(bao)括(kuo),請(qing)求(qiu)提(ti)高(gao)工(gong)廠(chang)吞(tun)吐(tu)量(liang),或(huo)通(tong)過(guo)在(zai)安(an)全(quan)模(mo)式(shi)下(xia)操(cao)作(zuo),延(yan)長(chang)電(dian)機(ji)的(de)操(cao)作(zuo)壽(shou)命(ming)。由(you)於(yu)運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)調(tiao)整(zheng)其(qi)運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)參(can)數(shu)來(lai)實(shi)現(xian)該(gai)全(quan)新(xin)的(de)請(qing)求(qiu)性(xing)能(neng)水(shui)平(ping),自(zi)適(shi)應(ying)控(kong)製(zhi)係(xi)統(tong)持(chi)續(xu)監(jian)控(kong)閉(bi)環(huan)係(xi)統(tong)以(yi)維(wei)持(chi)其(qi)預(yu)期(qi)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)水(shui)平(ping)。即(ji)使(shi)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)因(yin)機(ji)械(xie)係(xi)統(tong)磨(mo)損(sun)而(er)遇(yu)到(dao)變(bian)更(geng),或(huo)者(zhe)即(ji)使(shi)電(dian)機(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)環(huan)境(jing)變(bian)化(hua),也(ye)會(hui)維(wei)持(chi)該(gai)狀(zhuang)態(tai)。現(xian)在(zai),係(xi)統(tong)已(yi)達(da)到(dao)具(ju)有(you)自(zi)我(wo)意(yi)識(shi)的(de)運(yun)動(dong)控(kong)製(zhi)的(de)最(zui)終(zhong)級(ji)別(bie)。
