除了共模電流以外,還有一個差模電流,為什麼?兩個回路都放電的時候,放電的時間、強(qiang)度(du)不(bu)一(yi)樣(yang),有(you)的(de)放(fang)快(kuai)一(yi)點(dian),有(you)的(de)放(fang)慢(man)一(yi)點(dian),如(ru)果(guo)兩(liang)個(ge)東(dong)西(xi)的(de)速(su)度(du)都(dou)一(yi)樣(yang),任(ren)何(he)電(dian)位(wei)差(cha)都(dou)是(shi)一(yi)樣(yang)的(de)就(jiu)不(bu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)差(cha)模(mo)電(dian)流(liu)了(le)。但(dan)是(shi)有(you)時(shi)候(hou)有(you)一(yi)些(xie)是(shi)中(zhong)線(xian)接(jie)地(di),放(fang)電(dian)快(kuai)一(yi)些(xie),相(xiang)對(dui)來(lai)說(shuo)電(dian)壓(ya)跌(die)得(de)特(te)別(bie)快(kuai),另(ling)外(wai)一(yi)個(ge)跌(die)得(de)特(te)別(bie)慢(man),就(jiu)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)差(cha)模(mo),首(shou)先(xian)是(shi)共(gong)模(mo),然(ran)後(hou)產(chan)生(sheng)差(cha)模(mo)。

現xian在zai很hen多duo防fang雷lei都dou是shi用yong壓ya敏min電dian阻zu或huo放fang電dian器qi件jian,我wo在zai這zhe裏li告gao訴su你ni,最zui有you效xiao的de是shi在zai排pai版ban的de時shi候hou,在zai電dian源yuan線xian那na個ge地di方fang排pai出chu一yi個ge放fang電dian裝zhuang置zhi,這zhe樣yang既ji經jing濟ji又you實shi用yong,放fang電dian管guan沒mei有you那na麼me大da的de功gong率lv吸xi收shou掉diao雷lei電dian的de能neng量liang,如ru果guo排pai一yi個ge像xiang鋸ju齒chi一yi樣yang的de放fang電dian裝zhuang置zhi,隻zhi要yao能neng量liang不bu大da基ji本ben上shang都dou能neng夠gou吸xi收shou。發fa電dian距ju離li一yi般ban是shi6mm,現在規定低於6mm就不合格,因為測試的時候,打火的時候耐壓2000v,交流2000v,其實正常放電是10000v/mm,也就是說1000v/cm,要留一定的安全係數,所以不測你,不到6mm就算不合格,所以一定要6mm,真正打雷進來,經過放電,電壓輸入進來隻有6000v。前麵輸入電壓是幾十萬伏都沒有關係,一放電它就在6000v的範圍裏麵,進來隻有6000vle,qitadoufangdiao。fangdiaoyihouxishoucaiyouxiao,zuiyouxiaodelimianyouyigexianliudiangan,haiyougongmodianliu,duileidianyouxiao。chamohuitongguochamodianronglaixishou,fangdianshiyiyangde,youyigechamo,keyiyongdianrongxishou。dianrongshangmianbiaodeshinaiyajiaoliu250v,實際測的直流耐壓是8000v以上,大家要注意一下。這個CX標的是250v,買的浪湧電壓都在5000v以上,用5000v電壓都打不穿,但是標的是250v,這是安全規定。

xiamianwomenjiangyixiejutide。zheshiyigekaiguandianyuan,kaiguandianyuanbeileipideshihou,shuruhuilujibenshangdoushaole,jiarumeishaoshishenmeyangde?keyikankan,zheshiqiaodui,zhelianggeshiY電dian容rong,這zhe裏li麵mian還hai有you一yi個ge壓ya敏min電dian阻zu。這zhe是shi共gong模mo線xian圈quan,雷lei劈pi以yi後hou全quan部bu燒shao了le,說shuo明ming壓ya敏min電dian阻zu沒mei有you起qi到dao什shen麼me保bao護hu作zuo用yong,兩liang個ge電dian容rong都dou燒shao了le,說shuo明ming電dian感gan相xiang當dang、相xiang當dang地di高gao。為wei了le防fang止zhi雷lei電dian,首shou先xian前qian麵mian一yi定ding要yao加jia一yi個ge能neng量liang吸xi收shou,比bi較jiao大da的de東dong西xi,成cheng本ben相xiang對dui來lai說shuo比bi較jiao低di,像xiang試shi驗yan站zhan裏li麵mian的de放fang電dian裝zhuang置zhi,那na個ge東dong西xi沒mei有you地di方fang裝zhuang,也ye貴gui得de很hen。在zai硬ying紙zhi板ban上shang麵mian排pai幾ji個ge鋸ju齒chi,中zhong間jian隔ge一yi個ge頭tou就jiu行xing了le。如ru果guo中zhong間jian隔ge6mm也可以。有一個一級電感,電感可以使瞬間上去很快的電壓降下來,突然加一個1萬伏、10萬(wan)伏(fu),加(jia)上(shang)去(qu)隻(zhi)有(you)這(zhe)兩(liang)端(duan),另(ling)外(wai)兩(liang)端(duan)建(jian)立(li)不(bu)起(qi)來(lai),所(suo)以(yi)剛(gang)加(jia)進(jin)去(qu)的(de)時(shi)候(hou)對(dui)雷(lei)電(dian)來(lai)說(shuo),大(da)部(bu)分(fen)能(neng)量(liang)都(dou)被(bei)吸(xi)收(shou)掉(diao)了(le)。後(hou)麵(mian)經(jing)過(guo)這(zhe)個(ge)以(yi)後(hou),剩(sheng)餘(yu)部(bu)分(fen)通(tong)過(guo)共(gong)膜(mo)電(dian)容(rong)繼(ji)續(xu)吸(xi)收(shou),吸(xi)收(shou)完(wan)以(yi)後(hou)還(hai)有(you)差(cha)模(mo)部(bu)分(fen),產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)差(cha)模(mo)部(bu)分(fen)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)容(rong)把(ba)差(cha)模(mo)吸(xi)收(shou)掉(diao)。共(gong)模(mo)電(dian)容(rong)和(he)差(cha)模(mo)電(dian)容(rong)具(ju)有(you)抑(yi)製(zhi)傳(chuan)導(dao)幹(gan)擾(rao)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong),對(dui)雷(lei)電(dian)也(ye)有(you)抑(yi)製(zhi)作(zuo)用(yong),所(suo)以(yi)很(hen)多(duo)人(ren)也(ye)在(zai)問(wen),電(dian)容(rong)接(jie)到(dao)前(qian)麵(mian)好(hao)還(hai)是(shi)接(jie)在(zai)後(hou)麵(mian)好(hao)?這(zhe)個(ge)東(dong)西(xi)看(kan)你(ni)有(you)什(shen)麼(me)作(zuo)用(yong),如(ru)果(guo)隻(zhi)是(shi)為(wei)了(le)防(fang)EMI電(dian)磁(ci)幹(gan)擾(rao)的(de)話(hua),接(jie)在(zai)越(yue)前(qian)麵(mian)越(yue)好(hao),接(jie)在(zai)測(ce)試(shi)儀(yi)表(biao)的(de)輸(shu)入(ru)端(duan)最(zui)好(hao),接(jie)到(dao)那(na)裏(li)把(ba)信(xin)號(hao)全(quan)部(bu)短(duan)路(lu)掉(diao)了(le),就(jiu)看(kan)不(bu)到(dao)了(le)。但(dan)是(shi)對(dui)於(yu)雷(lei)電(dian),你(ni)接(jie)到(dao)後(hou)麵(mian)要(yao)好(hao)很(hen)多(duo),所(suo)以(yi)這(zhe)主(zhu)要(yao)是(shi)防(fang)雷(lei)的(de),你(ni)就(jiu)不(bu)要(yao)考(kao)慮(lv)電(dian)磁(ci)幹(gan)擾(rao)和(he)EMC了,盡量把兩個放在後麵。
另外一個是接地,這個特別重要,不能接到最輸入端的地方,應該接在後麵,一打雷造成很大的回路,把裏麵的東西燒壞、擊穿,這個放電回路是越小越好,這個寬大一點,放電電流都在30個(ge)安(an)培(pei)以(yi)上(shang),如(ru)果(guo)聽(ting)到(dao)雷(lei)聲(sheng)的(de)放(fang)電(dian)都(dou)是(shi)上(shang)萬(wan)安(an)培(pei),如(ru)果(guo)沒(mei)有(you)雷(lei)聲(sheng)隻(zhi)是(shi)把(ba)東(dong)西(xi)擊(ji)穿(chuan)都(dou)有(you)幾(ji)萬(wan)安(an)培(pei)。這(zhe)樣(yang)相(xiang)對(dui)來(lai)說(shuo)電(dian)容(rong)不(bu)是(shi)很(hen)大(da),都(dou)是(shi)幾(ji)百(bai)安(an)培(pei)或(huo)幾(ji)十(shi)安(an)培(pei),盡(jin)量(liang)把(ba)地(di)線(xian)、麵mian積ji加jia大da,而er且qie最zui好hao接jie在zai機ji殼ke上shang,如ru果guo放fang在zai機ji殼ke上shang,雷lei擊ji一yi擊ji,上shang麵mian帶dai的de電dian與yu前qian麵mian起qi來lai就jiu聚ju集ji起qi來lai,所suo有you的de都dou是shi擋dang電dian位wei,一yi有you擋dang電dian位wei以yi後hou裏li麵mian不bu存cun在zai充chong放fang電dian的de問wen題ti了le。大da家jia知zhi道dao吧ba?一yi個ge封feng閉bi的de金jin屬shu裏li頭tou,不bu管guan外wai麵mian帶dai多duo高gao的de電dian壓ya,中zhong間jian都dou是shi不bu帶dai電dian的de。一yi根gen導dao線xian不bu管guan通tong多duo少shao安an培pei的de電dian流liu,中zhong間jian的de電dian壓ya、電dian流liu也ye是shi等deng於yu零ling的de。電dian流liu分fen布bu都dou是shi在zai表biao麵mian,大da家jia可ke以yi做zuo一yi個ge試shi驗yan,做zuo一yi個ge金jin屬shu球qiu,在zai外wai麵mian充chong電dian,看kan看kan中zhong間jian有you沒mei有you電dian壓ya,應ying該gai沒mei有you。一yi般ban都dou是shi這zhe樣yang做zuo的de,先xian把ba一yi個ge東dong西xi屏ping蔽bi起qi來lai,或huo者zhe接jie大da地di,不bu接jie也ye沒mei有you關guan係xi,裏li麵mian不bu帶dai電dian的de,或huo者zhe是shi空kong的de都dou可ke以yi測ce試shi出chu有you電dian壓ya。因yin為wei電dian場chang通tong過guo互hu相xiang抵di消xiao,這zhe個ge球qiu外wai麵mian帶dai電dian,大da家jia都dou是shi靜jing電dian,磁ci力li線xian都dou是shi互hu相xiang抵di消xiao的de,電dian力li線xian互hu相xiang抵di消xiao,中zhong間jian的de電dian場chang強qiang度du等deng於yu零ling,所suo以yi就jiu不bu帶dai電dian。

6、IC引腳的靜電防護,加什麼器件既經濟又有效?
如果不考慮速度,最好是在輸入端加一個電阻,靠近IC加一個電容,這隻有幾十PU加大,如果信號頻率很高,盡量想辦法把信號線的阻耗降低,不要搞得很高。現在一般的信號線,高頻都是50歐姆,兩個之間接一個75安培或50安培的,把阻礙降低,直衝放電就是兩個電位。75歐姆以上,一根線上麵加的1v電壓上去,流過的電流多大?或者說一個毫安的電流在上麵的電壓也很小,因為ESD放電的電壓很高,電流很小,放電電壓馬上掉下來,不會衝擊到集成電路裏麵去。所以在要求不是特別高上麵,盡量把輸入降低。
7、ESD防護器件什麼時候應該放在端口處,什麼時候該放在芯片管角?

5、在射頻電路中,敏感線路(如數據線等)如何保護?

6、IC引腳的靜電防護,加什麼器件既經濟又有效?
如果不考慮速度,最好是在輸入端加一個電阻,靠近IC加一個電容,這隻有幾十PU加大,如果信號頻率很高,盡量想辦法把信號線的阻耗降低,不要搞得很高。現在一般的信號線,高頻都是50歐姆,兩個之間接一個75安培或50安培的,把阻礙降低,直衝放電就是兩個電位。75歐姆以上,一根線上麵加的1v電壓上去,流過的電流多大?或者說一個毫安的電流在上麵的電壓也很小,因為ESD放電的電壓很高,電流很小,放電電壓馬上掉下來,不會衝擊到集成電路裏麵去。所以在要求不是特別高上麵,盡量把輸入降低。
7、ESD防護器件什麼時候應該放在端口處,什麼時候該放在芯片管角?
