探討新能源汽車用電機及其控製器電磁兼容性測試方法

1、新能源汽車動力係統兼容性測試的原因

當(dang)前(qian)我(wo)國(guo)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing)測(ce)試(shi)技(ji)術(shu)還(hai)不(bu)是(shi)很(hen)成(cheng)熟(shu),與(yu)其(qi)他(ta)國(guo)家(jia)相(xiang)比(bi)還(hai)有(you)很(hen)大(da)差(cha)距(ju)。我(wo)國(guo)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)汽(qi)車(che)動(dong)力(li)係(xi)統(tong)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing)測(ce)試(shi)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)采(cai)用(yong)的(de)是(shi)傳(chuan)統(tong)的(de)內(nei)燃(ran)機(ji)驅(qu)動(dong)係(xi)統(tong)和(he)弱(ruo)電(dian)係(xi)統(tong)標(biao)準(zhun)來(lai)進(jin)行(xing)測(ce)試(shi)的(de)。我(wo)國(guo)目(mu)前(qian)還(hai)沒(mei)有(you)完(wan)整(zheng)科(ke)學(xue)的(de)新(xin)能(neng)源(yuan)動(dong)力(li)係(xi)統(tong)兼(jian)容(rong)性(xing)測(ce)試(shi)標(biao)準(zhun)。這(zhe)是(shi)值(zhi)得(de)我(wo)們(men)反(fan)思(si)的(de)地(di)方(fang)。
2、動力係統電磁兼容性測試的內容
針對新能源汽車動力係統電磁兼容性測試主要指的是兩個方麵的措施:一是騷擾測試;二是抗擾測試。實現科學測試,就必須要精確把握這兩方麵測試含義,要嚴格按照國家的相關規範來進行測試。
2.1、騷擾測試

2.2、抗擾測試
抗擾測試主要指的是對機動車的電子器組件抗電磁輻射能力的測試。當前我我國抗擾測試的參考標準是GB/T17619-1998。該標準明確規定了抗擾限值和測試方法。由於驅動電機係統電磁兼容性測試環境與傳統車型兼容性測試的環境大致相同,因而采用GB/T 17619-1998來進行參考也是可行的。
3、新能源動力係統電磁兼容性測試的可行性方案

4、兼容性測試標準
在zai了le解jie了le新xin能neng源yuan汽qi車che用yong電dian係xi統tong測ce量liang的de可ke行xing性xing方fang案an之zhi後hou,還hai要yao精jing確que把ba握wo各ge項xiang測ce試shi標biao準zhun。掌zhang握wo這zhe些xie兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi標biao準zhun對dui於yu科ke學xue測ce試shi具ju有you重zhong要yao意yi義yi。我wo們men對dui於yu兼jian容rong性xing測ce試shi的de參can考kao標biao準zhun的de選xuan擇ze主zhu要yao是shi從cong以yi下xia幾ji個ge方fang麵mian來lai進jin行xing考kao察cha的de:
一是從輻射發射的角度來進行考察。當前針對輻射角度的參考標準主要是GB 18655-2002和GB/T 18655-2002。這zhe兩liang個ge標biao準zhun主zhu要yao是shi用yong於yu對dui新xin能neng源yuan車che內nei接jie收shou裝zhuang置zhi進jin行xing測ce量liang。這zhe兩liang種zhong標biao準zhun使shi用yong範fan圍wei非fei常chang廣guang。驅qu動dong電dian機ji係xi統tong能neng夠gou適shi用yong於yu以yi上shang兩liang種zhong標biao準zhun,那na麼me車che內nei各ge裝zhuang置zhi就jiu能neng取qu得de較jiao好hao的de性xing能neng。例li如ru筆bi者zhe通tong過guo對dui一yi款kuan新xin型xing的de新xin能neng源yuan轎jiao車che的de驅qu動dong電dian機ji係xi統tong進jin行xing了le專zhuan業ye的de從cong輻fu射she發fa射she的de角jiao度du進jin行xing了le考kao察cha,經jing過guo考kao察cha發fa現xian該gai車che負fu荷heGB 18655-2002標準,但是在輻射防護的性能方麵還有待提高。
二是輻射抗擾度。針對輻射抗擾度的測量,我們主要是采用GB/T 17619-1998biaozhunlaijinxingceshi。womenzhisuoyiyaocaiyongzhezhongbiaozhunlaijinxingceshizhuyaoyuanyinshigaiceliangbiaozhunyijingmingqueguidinglekangraoxianzhiheceliangfangfa。duiyuceliangpinlvfanweiyeyoumingqueguiding。gaibiaozhunbushizhuanmenyonglaiceliangxinnengyuandonglixitongyongdianjidiancijianrongxingde,danshiyouyudiancifushehuanjingyugaibiaozhundefushehuanjingxiangchabuda,yinerwomencaiqucizhongbiaozhunjinxingceshi。
三是傳導抗擾度。針對傳導抗擾度的測試主要是依據ISO7637-3-2007和ISO7637-2-2004D等標準來進行測試。這些標準明確規定了車輛24V電源線瞬態傳導抗擾的測試方法。按照此項標準的規定,傳導抗擾度有八種脈衝形式,這八種脈衝形式分別為1、2a、3a、3b、2b、4、5a、5b,其中前四種形式可以用來進行兼容性測試。
