今天講的內容大概就是這些,雷電的產生,ESD與雷電,ESD就是靜電放電;電磁感應與EMI,EMI就是電磁幹擾,靜電的產生,帶電物體的電容,磁場感應與幹擾,電子線路中的電磁幹擾,傳導幹擾、電磁輻射原理,還有對EMI進行測試,什麼是EMC?EMC就是電磁兼容,雷電和EMI的(de)防(fang)護(hu),除(chu)了(le)這(zhe)些(xie)內(nei)容(rong),我(wo)想(xiang)都(dou)是(shi)大(da)家(jia)比(bi)較(jiao)感(gan)興(xing)趣(qu)的(de),也(ye)比(bi)較(jiao)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de),這(zhe)些(xie)內(nei)容(rong)估(gu)計(ji)在(zai)書(shu)上(shang)找(zhao)不(bu)到(dao),因(yin)為(wei)這(zhe)些(xie)都(dou)是(shi)我(wo)幾(ji)十(shi)年(nian)來(lai)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)經(jing)驗(yan)總(zong)結(jie)。我(wo)做(zuo)這(zhe)個(ge)技(ji)術(shu)已(yi)經(jing)做(zuo)了(le)四(si)十(shi)多(duo)年(nian),我(wo)從(cong)十(shi)幾(ji)歲(sui)就(jiu)開(kai)始(shi)接(jie)觸(chu)電(dian),是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)愛(ai)好(hao)者(zhe)。後(hou)來(lai)我(wo)到(dao)了(le)一(yi)個(ge)軍(jun)工(gong)廠(chang)從(cong)事(shi)雷(lei)達(da)、shibieqiheleidaganraoji,zhexiedongxidoushibijiaojianduandeguofanggongyejishu。houlaihuilaiyihouzujianlekangjiajishukaifazhongxin,yibeizidoushizuojishude,suoyizaijishugongzuodeguochengzhongjileilebushaojingyan。woxianzaiyijingtuixiule,suoyiwoxiangnenggouliyongzhegejihui,hengaoxingbawosuozhidaodejishuhejingyanjieshaogeidajia。

剛才跟大家介紹一下什麼叫雷電和ESD,ESD就是靜電放電,雷電也屬於靜電放電,所以大家都知道ESD的危害性有多大。地球每秒鍾大概就有100多次閃電,每閃電一次能量就可以提供100w的燈泡供我們用3個月,在雨季平均每6分鍾就有一個人被雷電擊中,中國還不是受雷電受害最集中的地區,在非洲這些地區受雷擊更嚴重,上海電視塔平均每年要遭受33次大的雷擊,今年4月13日上海電視台電子設備遭受不同程度的雷擊,天線站玻璃鋼都起火了,變成一個大火球燒起來了。還有一次是1992年在北京國家氣象中心也受到雷擊,損失了2000多duo萬wan元yuan。在zai全quan世shi界jie每mei年nian受shou雷lei電dian擊ji壞huai的de設she備bei都dou是shi以yi千qian萬wan為wei單dan位wei,每mei年nian遭zao受shou的de損sun失shi都dou是shi上shang千qian億yi。我wo們men現xian在zai使shi用yong的de電dian子zi設she備bei價jia格ge越yue來lai越yue高gao,對dui防fang雷lei的de要yao求qiu也ye越yue來lai越yue高gao。
為wei什shen麼me會hui產chan生sheng雷lei電dian?可ke能neng大da部bu分fen人ren都dou不bu知zhi道dao,我wo在zai這zhe裏li就jiu給gei大da家jia講jiang解jie一yi下xia雷lei電dian是shi怎zen麼me產chan生sheng的de。雷lei電dian是shi由you於yu電dian磁ci場chang產chan生sheng的de,世shi界jie上shang什shen麼me電dian都dou是shi通tong過guo電dian磁ci場chang反fan應ying產chan生sheng的de。為wei什shen麼me會hui產chan生sheng雷lei電dian呢ne?因yin為wei在zai離li地di球qiu30公裏外有一個電離層,電離層實際上就是最外的空氣受到太陽光、紫(zi)外(wai)線(xian)照(zhao)射(she)而(er)產(chan)生(sheng)電(dian)離(li),太(tai)陽(yang)光(guang)實(shi)際(ji)上(shang)也(ye)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)磁(ci)波(bo),電(dian)磁(ci)波(bo)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)我(wo)們(men)把(ba)一(yi)個(ge)食(shi)物(wu)放(fang)在(zai)微(wei)波(bo)爐(lu)裏(li)麵(mian)加(jia)熱(re),原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)差(cha)不(bu)多(duo)的(de),但(dan)是(shi)微(wei)波(bo)的(de)波(bo)長(chang)線(xian)很(hen)長(chang),紫(zi)外(wai)線(xian)相(xiang)當(dang)短(duan),所(suo)以(yi)作(zuo)用(yong)不(bu)一(yi)樣(yang),用(yong)微(wei)波(bo)爐(lu)不(bu)能(neng)把(ba)空(kong)氣(qi)進(jin)行(xing)電(dian)離(li),隻(zhi)有(you)紫(zi)外(wai)線(xian)能(neng)夠(gou)電(dian)離(li)。被(bei)電(dian)離(li)以(yi)後(hou)會(hui)分(fen)成(cheng)兩(liang)層(ceng),一(yi)層(ceng)帶(dai)正(zheng)電(dian),一(yi)層(ceng)帶(dai)負(fu)電(dian),與(yu)地(di)球(qiu)相(xiang)對(dui)的(de)一(yi)層(ceng)帶(dai)正(zheng)電(dian),地(di)球(qiu)就(jiu)是(shi)帶(dai)負(fu)電(dian)。地(di)球(qiu)是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)圓(yuan)的(de),帶(dai)電(dian)的(de)話(hua)相(xiang)當(dang)於(yu)電(dian)層(ceng)強(qiang)度(du)是(shi)散(san)發(fa)性(xing)的(de),越(yue)靠(kao)近(jin)地(di)球(qiu)電(dian)容(rong)強(qiang)度(du)越(yue)高(gao),靠(kao)近(jin)地(di)球(qiu)表(biao)麵(mian)是(shi)100v,也就是說一米高的位置電容強度是100vdianrongqiangdujiushiyongzhegelaibiaoshi,dajiazaizhongxuelimianhenshaoyongdianweitidudegainianbiaodadianrongqiangdu,houmianwomenzaigongzuozhonghaishiyongdianweitidulaibiaoshidianrongqiangdushizuiheshide,birulingmindu、多(duo)少(shao)毫(hao)伏(fu)米(mi)都(dou)是(shi)屬(shu)於(yu)電(dian)感(gan)強(qiang)度(du)。以(yi)前(qian)是(shi)用(yong)牛(niu)頓(dun)的(de)力(li)學(xue)來(lai)表(biao)達(da),那(na)個(ge)概(gai)念(nian)相(xiang)對(dui)來(lai)說(shuo)比(bi)較(jiao)難(nan)理(li)解(jie),兩(liang)個(ge)帶(dai)電(dian)物(wu)體(ti)之(zhi)間(jian)產(chan)生(sheng)多(duo)少(shao)牛(niu)頓(dun)力(li)的(de)時(shi)候(hou),換(huan)算(suan)成(cheng)單(dan)位(wei)來(lai)表(biao)示(shi)電(dian)容(rong)強(qiang)度(du),這(zhe)個(ge)強(qiang)度(du)不(bu)太(tai)好(hao)理(li)解(jie),如(ru)果(guo)用(yong)電(dian)位(wei)梯(ti)度(du)表(biao)示(shi)就(jiu)很(hen)方(fang)便(bian)了(le)。
